We’re thrilled to launch Extended Service Hours at our selected Carlcare service centers in India! Now, you don’t have to rush or skip work to get your phone repaired. Just walk in or book your slot on Wednesdays, and we’ll be here until 8:00 PM—ready to serve you with the same care and professionalism you trust.
Why Did We Launch Extended Hours?
Simple—because you asked for it.
Many of our customers told us:
“I can’t make it before 6 PM... I wish you were open a little longer.” We listened. We care. And we acted.
Th extended hours will help us reduce crowding during the day and improves overall customer satisfaction by offering a more relaxed and flexible service experience. It aims to make life easier for busy professionals and students, and reduce waiting time during regular hours. Additionally, we will be able to offer a flexible solution to everyone who values convenience. We eventually aim to increase overall customer satisfaction (and smiles ).
Where Can You Avail This Service?
As of now, we have extended our hours at a few selected Carlcare service centers that are located in high-demand areas, especially where working professionals are more likely to benefit. These centers will now be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM every Wednesday, giving you ample time to visit even after your regular day wraps up. We’re currently testing this model and will be expanding to more cities and centers soon based on your feedback and usage.

How to Reserve Your Late Evening Slot?
Booking your repair appointment during the extended hours is quick and convenient. You can do it in several easy ways. The most popular method is through the Carlcare App, where you can simply go to the Reservation tab, choose your nearest extended-hours service center, select a time slot between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and describe your issue.
