  • It's best to visit the service facility as scheduled on the designated reservation day and time; failing to do so could result in an order for dismissal. A valid ID card and the phone's receipt or package should also be brought, especially if the phone's IMEI number is not easily accessible or visible on the device.
  • In case the phone's operating system needs to be updated, or system checks are required, another precaution you may take is to save all the information (documents, music, contacts, videos, etc.) you have on the handset to another device.
  • To test your phone when the repair is completed, you must remove the Security Lock [password or pin] on it.
