Carlcare Kenya Extends the Warranty of Infinix ZERO 8 (X687) by 13 Months

Carlcare Service Kenya has further endorsed its affiliated Brand, mobile device manufacturer Infinix Mobile with a Bumper Service Policy for its newest product – Infinix ZERO 8! This will follow the introduction, and subsequent of the Infinix ZERO 8 smartphone to the phone market in Kenya, as it has been in other African countries!

The Infinix ZERO 8 smartphone, like its predecessors, comes with a twelve (12) months warranty coverage. However, with Carlcare Kenya’s bumper service policy the warranty cover is automatically extended by an additional 13 months! This is to ensure that every user gets more value for their money.

Where Does This Service Policy Apply?

Do you reside in Kenya? This extended warranty coverage for Infinix ZERO 8 (X687) is accessible only in Kenya for now.

The Warranty will begin to count from the date of sale, and expires at the end of the stipulated two-years plus period.

Infinix ZERO 8 Warranty Policy

The Service Policy here implies that within 25 months (760 days) of usage – starting from the date a single Infinix ZERO 8 smartphone is purchased – the end-user or customer is entitled to free maintenance (hardware repair, software updates or upgrades, etc.) provided the device is used in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, and is not damaged artificially.

Carlcare Service is the only Authorized After-Sales Repair Centre for all Infinix devices.  In Kenya, Carlcare continues to uphold the warranty on Infinix products, and is fully equipped to provide Professional, Timely, Swift and Reliable repair services to all and sundry at every point in time.

What Does the Warranty not Cover?

  1. Damagecaused by unauthorized system modifications, and disassembling outside of the Authorized Service Centre.
  2. Accidental Damage– Which may occur as a result of unintentional human mistakes, sabotage or other external accidents. They include; water intrusion, a Broken screen, High voltage damage, motherboard deformation, fire damage, etc.
  3. Damagecaused by misuse or improper handling.
  4. A devicewith IMEI numbers that do not match the product type, or has been altered.
  5. A devicewhose battery bin stickers and anti-disassemble labels have been tampered with or is simply unrecognizable.
  6. A devicethat has exceeded the specified warranty period.

The outlined situations described above will automatically bring the warranty coverage of an Infinix ZERO 8 device to an abrupt end, as they render the service policy invalid.
