Terms & Conditions of the Event
- Battery Seckill event is valid at specific Carlcare Authorized Service Centers and is applicable to selected models only.
- Applicable only to battery replacement, excluding other issues and repairs.
- This event includes both spare part price and labor charge.
- The replaced spare parts are entitled for additional 30 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.
- First come first serve basis. Subject to parts availability.
- Battery Seckill promotion is not applicable with other ongoing event promotion.
- Carlcare reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

A. Though priority will be given to clients to make reservations on the carlcare app, those who can't make a reservation may be because the phone cannot power can still participate by going directly to the service center.

A. This promotion is only for some models. For your model, I can try to apply for a discounted battery price
Q If the customer participates in the promotion, but the battery is not available after the customer arrives at the store, how to explain to the customer?
A. We have a limited battery inventory and thus, we are serving our customers on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please leave your contacts and phone model information with us and we will contact you as soon as our inventory has been replenished.
Q.If the customer participating in the promotion needs the phone to be repaired in addition to the replacement of the battery, are there discounts for other repairs?
A. This promotion is only for some batteries, and there is no discount for other repairs.
Q. Whether the battery of this promotion has a warranty period and how long is the warranty?
A. These batteries are guaranteed for one month.
Q. How long does it take to replace the battery?
A. The replacement should take around 1-3 days if stock is available, if not the client should be notified upon arrival and be told to expect our call once we receive more materials.
